Features
High content of nickel stably dispersed on porous carrier, resulting in good low temperature activity and activity stability.
Both oxidized and reduced catalysts can be supplied, the oxidized catalyst needs to be activated in situ, while the reduced one can be used directly.
Reduction gas is needed to protect the pre-reforming catalysts during start up and shut down.
Introduction of hydrocarbon feedstock alone or in combination, switching or dosage adjustment of feeds does not affect the normal use of the catalyst.
Excellent resistance to operating fluctuation and good operating flexibility. Cold feed can be introduced into reactor directly.
